Note that:

no more than one account can be request by a company, an academic research group
or an independent developer;

if you are registering as a company (or university), you need to specify your
company-issued (or university-issued) e-mail address, that is the domain of the
e-mail must match the domain of the main web site of the company (or
university);

registering as an independent developer is only allowed to individuals not
belonging to organizations already registered as a company or research group.
Accounts belonging to participants that did not respect the above rules will be
disabled.
